At Life.Church, we have a heart for loving people through Local Missions.

Jesus showed us what it looks like to care for our communities well. During His time on earth, He met the practical needs of the people around Him, cared for those who were vulnerable, and proclaimed freedom to those who were captive.

When we take part in Local Missions, we share the love of Jesus by following the example He set for us. But what does it look like to get started? How can we ensure that our time and effort really make a difference in the lives of those around us?

If you’ve ever found yourself asking these questions, we created the Caring for Your Community Bible Plan just for you. In this Plan, you’ll learn more about how Jesus cared for people 2,000 years ago, as well as how you can follow God’s call and love your neighbors today through specific causes.

And while you can complete this Plan on your own, you’ll get even more out of it if you complete it with friends! Whether you’re a Local Missions Coach or a Neighbor Group Leader, you can use “Plans With Friends” to work through the Bible Plan with others and discuss what you’re learning and processing as you complete each day.
