This year’s Sisters Event is going to challenge you and your friends to go beyond gathering together and will stir you to action. So after you and your LifeGroup attend the event, we have plenty of resources to help you lead healthy and engaging conversations that will move you to build your faith and serve others.

Bible Plans

Did you know you can do Bible Plans together as a LifeGroup? Once you’re ready to start a Plan, just choose the “Plans With Friends” option and share the link with your LifeGroup. Check out this article for some tips on how to leverage the YouVersion app.

One Plan we recommend is It’s Time to Shine. Pastor Amy wrote this 7-day Plan to accompany her Sisters message. She’ll show you biblical truths about going in love and embracing where you are in life, in order to love those around you.

5 Sisters LifeGroup Tips

1. Invite your LifeGroup to attend the 2022 Sisters Event together. Find times and dates at www.life.church/sisters
2. Be vulnerable. Fight the temptation to have surface-level conversation and really share about what’s going on in your life. Talk about what parts of the message convicted you, and share ways in which you can all let your lights shine in your communities.
3. Prayerfully plan to serve together. One of the best ways to build relationships in your LifeGroup is by serving together. This is going to look different for every group, but the reward will always be the same—sharing Jesus with others. You might find a place to serve together on the weekend at church or you can learn more about volunteering with a Local Mission Partner together.
4. At Life.Church, we’re all about loving our neighbors. Pastor Amy will talk a lot about this in her message this year. 5. Don’t let Sisters be a one-time event for your LifeGroup to attend together. Instead, make it a priority to schedule fun into your group. Maybe you grab lunch or coffee together after church, host a game night, or go for a walk at a local park. Be intentional to create time to just be together.
